Wearable technology has been a fast growing field in the technology industry. Ever since Google glass then came Microsoft band and now Microsoft latest technology from science fictions "Microsoft HoloLens"

The Hollywood has given a clear vision of what hologram technology would look like in the nearest future in movies like Ironman, The Avengers and Marvels Agent of Shield. Now it is time to face the real life as Microsoft is presenting a wearable hologram device

Microsoft HoloLens is the next generation computer; it has all the components of a computer in it. It produces 3D images that only the wearer can see while you still see the real world. It needs no Smartphone to operate.

Microsoft HoloLens puts you at the center of the world that blends holograms with reality. With the abilities to design and shape holograms. You'll have a new medium to express your creativity, a more efficient way to teach and learn, and a more effective visualize your work and share ideas.

As holograms, your digital content will be as real as physical objects in the room. For the first time, holograms will become practical tools of daily life.

The device also comes with a camera that looks at the room, so the HoloLens knows where your furniture and objects are. It can use the information it gets to project a 3D image on top of your desk or even inside them so you can see whats inside the object without really opening it.

Microsoft is not sure when the HoloLens will be available to the public , possibly, before it does, Google and other company might have built a similar device. But I believe it will be a very good, effective and useful computer platform; especially in the engineering field
